Our rooms
We have a total of 16 rooms and you can choose between these three different types of stay.
Single room with shared bathroom
This room has a comfortable bed with a sofa bed, a bathroom shared with another room and views of a bright interior courtyard, a desk so you can work at any time. We assure you that your stay in this room will be a wonderful experience!

Single room with own bathroom and exterior views
A bright and spacious room with a single bed with a sofa, a private bathroom, a desk for working and excellent views of the outside. It is the ideal place to enjoy a good rest and make you feel at home. We assure you that your stay in this room will be a wonderful experience!
All rooms include bed linen and towels. The room will be cleaned and sheets and towels will be changed weekly.

Dining room and kitchen
In our residence, the dining room-kitchen is a spacious and fully equipped space, designed to facilitate the daily life of our students.
The area has several ceramic hobs and ovens, ideal for preparing all kinds of meals quickly and efficiently.
For greater convenience, we also have dishwashers and toasters, which are easy to clean and use.

Each student has their own individual storage space to keep their personal belongings safe and organised. In addition, the dining room has shared kitchenware so that nothing is missing when cooking.
The area is equipped with a large fridge for storing fresh food, as well as a coffee machine, perfect for those long days of study.
The dining room has plenty of tables and seating arranged in a comfortable and functional way to share moments with other residents. There is also a kitchen bar that adds a modern and practical touch to the environment, allowing for a more informal space to socialise or enjoy a quick meal.

Our inner courtyard is an oasis of tranquillity and comfort, designed to offer our residents a perfect space for relaxation and socialising.
Divided into two distinctive areas, each designed to suit different times and needs.
In the first area, you will find two large sofas next to coffee tables, ideal for sharing group conversations or enjoying a relaxing read.
The second area offers individual armchairs and tables, providing more intimate corners, perfect for study or simply to unwind.
Both spaces are surrounded by a careful selection of greenery that adds freshness and a natural touch, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
