For the Reservation Management and  the Services advertised shall be necessarily contact with customer service in mail and WB reviewed in these conditions for the contracting of the same.

Rental contracts, or similar, as the case may be, in general, are entered into exclusively between Users and Owners, without any telematic process through this website.

The User acknowledges and agrees that both the User and the Owner shall be responsible for the performance of their respective obligations in connection with any such contracts or reservations between the User and the Owner.

RESI-CENTRO is not a real estate or travel agency, or a tourism supply channel, and assumes no liability in this respect for these activities. RESI-CENTRO merely offers an online advertising platform with its own Properties and that other owners, if this area is enabled, can publish and offer their accommodation, or link with them for the real estate management of the same, and Users can consult the same and contact directly with the Owners in their active links.

User-Guests must provide accurate and truthful information about their identities, including country of residence, in their booking or contact information, as well as in any other communication they make on the Site or through the Website and WB.
